Perhaps you're too young to remember. Perhaps you're even too young to have lived back then. But in 1995 Finland won the last European Floorball Championships (in 1994 Sweden won in Helsinki). The tournament was held in Switzerland and the Fins decided the final against Sweden in an intense penalty shootout - thanks to goals by Jari Pekkola and Jari-Pekka Lehtonen and strong goaltending by Jan Gråsten.
